These folks are consistently amazing! They've helped me with my theater system and some electrical needs over the years and I've always been impressed by their responsiveness and professionalism. Most recently, I phoned them in desperation with an issue at the house while (paying) guests were there and I cannot overstate how helpful they were, including the wonderful woman I spoke with on the phone (apologies, but I forget her name) and Victor, who actually offered to speak with the guest to help troubleshoot/diagnose.
