This was a a role where, as Lead Technician, I was responsible for all lighting, power, and network. This facility was over 700,000 Sq. Ft. It encompassed Ford, Dodge, Nissan, VW, BMW, and Fiat dealerships. This is the largest auto body repair center in all of Florida. Christmas was a joyous time, the decorations we installed were impressive. The service garages had quite a bit of advanced technology.

I was Foreman on this project. The project included 5 buildings. Two buildings with 68 residence rooms and recreation. A Chiller building which housed all the heating and cooling for the five buildings under one roof. A research building which included highly technical equipment.

For a period of 1.5 years I was a member of a 65 man team which added an additional 180,000 Sq. Ft. to the existing six story hospital. I was engaged in the power distribution, Fire Alarm, Mass Notification, and lighting on the main floor of the addition. This job came in, under budget and ahead of schedule. This awarded the company I was working with additional contracts.
